Get into the flow weekly with Sushanna. We start together, tuning into the subtle energy body, and then build the gross physical body. We incorporate the five elements to balance our physical body including space, air, fire, water, and earth. Advance basic poses to the next level to cultivate heat, promote self-study, and ultimately surrender. Resting and modifications are always allowed and recommend as needed.
