Kundalini Yoga is referred to as the yoga of awareness. In this class, we will use this sacred technology to focus on awakening and directing the kundalini energy, one’s creative potential so that we can experience ourselves in an expanded way. The practice utilizes breath (pranayama), postures (asanas), sound (mantra), hand positions (mudras) and body locks (bandhas) to activate and focus the kundalini energy. It allows us to connect with the subtlest parts of ourselves and to elevate our mind, body, and spirit. In her classes, Erika’s students are guided into a space of connection and grace.
All levels are welcome.
