The 5R are: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness- Together they create a wave of energy. Each 5Rhythms class is an opportunity to drop into the first level of the dynamic practice of Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms and to allow your body, heart and mind to be physicalized through your muscles and bones. This class is a disciplined laboratory of enquiry in an intimate dance space.
